Madison & Masters is a commercial real estate agency founded in 1996 by Peter Italiano and Mark Leadbeater initially concentrating in the shopping centre industry and now more recently adapting its skill set into the residential development sector. From its foundation Madison & Masters has sought to provide a service directed at resolving the needs of client’s with all discussion and negotiations conducted by the principals.
In order to provide a unique service to clients, Madison & Masters developed its own software for a the development of a Data Base that allows thousands of property records to be created with cross referencing using a variety of filters and a facility for client specific project notes.
This Data Base allowed Madison & Masters to create tailored programmes in the retail sector structured for individual clients for projects including:
• Acquisition of shopping centres
• Project leasing of mall speciality
• Pre – leasing of anchor tenants for shopping centres
